Refund policy

Returns are accepted if you are unsatisfied with the purchase. Pls do email us at shipping@qspknife.com for correct return address before sending back the parcel.

All returns must be received in original condition, that's including both the knife and its packages. Any return of used merchandise is NOT ACCEPTABLE. We accept returns in 45 days after the purchase date, any return after 45 days is unfortunately NOT ACCEPTABLE.

To complete your return, we also need the order number. As soon as the return is received and inspected, we will reach out by email to notify the condition of return we received. If the item received with free shipping, you will receive the full refund at US$5 less to cover the original shipping costs. Returning an item with damage or missing package may lead to additional fees, pls make sure the return is in original condition. It will take around 7 working days to handle the returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Pls note: Some shipping agents may have restrictions on knives shipments, pls make sure your shipping agent is able to ship the knife back from your area to the appointed return address.
